Blackmoor Knight Ltd is established in difficult and challenging projects. What is quite unique in the building services sector today, Blackmoor Knight employ a direct labour workforce of Building construction, craftsmen, Electrical & Mechanical engineers, supplementing with specialist sub contractors as required, this enables control of progress and quality which is at the forefront of the companies ethos.
Either design and build or fully specified contracts are carried out with enthusiasm and commitment, we wish to play fair and be treated fair and ultimately provide a good value for money product.
Contract values are not an accurate measuring device of capability, as most projects are time/value combinations and are driven by timescale dependency. Swift fast track works or long ongoing refurbishment projects are catered for, each requiring a different set of styles and commitment, assisted by the company ethos of commitment and quality.
Projects in excess of £5,000,000 and as small as £10,000 (for a valued multi project client) are handled by our team with equal commitment and enthusiasm. Showing the full range of diversity in values we can adequately manage.
For a full building maintenance package clients enter into a (friendly) agreement and enjoy a full 24/7 property maintenance facility. BMK deal with all aspects of your property maintenance from simple repairs/callouts to full facilities management and as always our professional technical and practical advice.

Maintenance
Since our conception we have always been keen to ensure our clients get the full benefit from newly installed works and equipment.
This has involved the continuing development of our maintenance department. Our maintenance manager, Gareth and his team of engineers and specialists manage our ever growing portfolio which has become a large part of our work. Our clients know our team and are pleased to see familiar faces of our direct employed workforce time and time again servicing their environment.
We are proud to say in over 16 years providing maintenance services we have never lost a contract. Not only are we competitive but we are good at providing our clients with a full building and services maintenance package. From weekly building 'Slip’s and Trip’s' visits to major annual plant servicing and all essential building maintenance bits in between.
